Crispy Choco Mallow Bars
Ingredients:
10oz Markenburg Large Marshmallows
100g semi-sweet chocolate chips
150g rice crispies
Procedure:
Line a tray with parchment; pour rice crispies into a bowl.
Microwave chocolate for 1 minute, then stir for 15–30 seconds until smooth.
Dip marshmallows, let excess drip, roll or sprinkle in rice crispies.
Set on tray and chill for 15–20 minutes until firm and Enjoy!
Marshmallow cream fudge
Ingredients:
20 pcs Markenburg Large Marshmallows
1 can (300mL.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
7 oz (200g) Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
50 grams Butter
1 cup Unsalted Peanuts
1 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla
Procedure:
Line a square pan with wax or parchment paper.
Microwave marshmallows, condensed milk, butter on
MEDIUM for 2–3 minutes, stir halfway, until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Mix in peanuts and vanilla.
Spread in pan, chill until firm, then cut into squares and Enjoy!
Rocky Mallow Road
Ingredients:
200 g Markenburg Mini Marshmallows
300 g Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup Unsalted Peanuts
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Procedure:
Microwave chocolate chips and butter for 2 - 3 minutes or until melted over medium heat
Remove from oven and mix in Markenburg Mini Marshmallows, peanuts and vanilla
Pour into thin slab, chill. Cut into squares and Enjoy!
Fruity Mallow Rice
Ingredients:
1 cup Markenburg Mini Marshmallows
1 1⁄2 Cooked rice
1 Can (400g) Fruit cocktail, Drained
1 cup All-purpose cream
3 tsp Granulated sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
*Cherries or toasted almonds (optional)
Procedure:
Combine rice, fruit cocktail and Markenburg Mini Marshmallows.
Beat cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff
Fold into rice mixture, Garnish with cherries or nuts
Chill, Serve and Enjoy!
Peanut Butter S'mores
Ingredients:
1 pack Markenburg S’mores Marshmallows
1 pack Graham Crackers
300 g Peanut Butter Spread
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Split graham crackers, place Markenburg S’mores
Marshmallow on one half
Bake 3–5 min until puffed and golden
Remove from oven then spread 1 tsp peanut butter on top
Cap with the other cracker, press gently, and enjoy!
Banana S'mores
Ingredients:
1 pack Markenburg S’mores Marshmallows
1 pack Graham Crackers
4 - 6 Ripe Bananas (sliced)
250 ml Chocolate Syrup
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Split graham crackers, place Markenburg S’mores Marshmallow on one half
Bake 3–5 min until puffed and golden
Remove from oven and add sliced bananas and chocolate syrup swirl.
Cap with the other cracker, press gently, and enjoy!
Campfire BBQ
Procedure:
Stick the marshmallow on a skewer
Hold it over the fire (not too close!)
Spin until it’s melty and brown
Let it cool and enjoy!
S’mores
Procedure:
Stack graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows
Microwave on medium heat for 10 seconds
Let it cool and enjoy!
