Mango Panna Cotta



2 Cups Crushed Graham Crackers

1/2 Cup Melted Salted Butter


250g Markenburg Mango

Marshmallow or Smallows

2 Cups Cream


For Crust

1. Mix together crumbs and butter until it reaches the consistency of wet sand.

2. Press onto the bottom of your container or shot glass.

3. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or until set.

For Filling

1. Melt marshmallows in microwave oven. Mix the warm mallows to defiate.

2. Add 1 1/2 cups of cream in the melted mallows and mix until fully incorporated.

3. Pour the mixture on top of the crust and chill for 2 hours or until set.

4. Frost with the remaining cream before serving.
