Mango Panna Cotta
 Chewy Fudge Brownies


  1 cup Markenburg Dark Sweet Chocolate
  1 cup Butter
  1 1/2 cup Sugar
  4 Eggs
  1/2 tsp Salt
  1 tsp Vanilla
  1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  1 cup Bread Flour
  1 cup Markenburg Mini Marshmallows


1. Pre-heat oven to 350*F (180*C). Line your baking pan with grease-proof paper or wax paper.

2. Melt butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth.

3. Remove from heat and add sugar and salt. Whisk until fully combined. Let the mixture cool down at room temperature.

4. Add egg and vanilla. Whisk until egg is fully incorporated into the mixture.

5. Sift together cocoa powder and bread flour. Fold into chocolate mixture.

6. Pour into prepared pan.

7. Bake for 20 minutes or until set. Toothpick test: insert toothpick into the center of the brownie and it comes out clean.

8. While brownies are still warm, sprinkle marshmallows on top. Return to oven for 2 minutes to melt toppings.

9. Let cool slightly in pan. Remove from pan and transfer to a wire rack. Let cool completely. Cut into squares.
